The series is a powerful tool for both initial and refresher training. The brief training videos present simple step-by-step instructions for using 20/20 Insight GOLD to set up and administer a wide variety of customized survey projects. Each module addresses a single learning objective. Everything in the onsite Administrator Course is included, plus valuable "Expert-level techniques" for advanced users. Subscribing is optional; if someone in your organization has already attended training, you may feel you don't need access to the online training. If you DO subscribe, you will be able to view all of the training videos within your Web Hosting account.
The two-day on-site classroom training option will be offered quarterly beginning in April 2009 for individuals who prefer face-to-face contact with an instructor. The telephone training option has been discontinued.
