360 Feedback Surveys for Small Business Sample Reports
The Manager Feedback assessment generates the Manager Feedback Report. Surveys for Small Buiness clients use this survey to gather 360 feedback for individual managers in a company. Coworkers will rate the manager on 18 aspects of work performance.
The Manager Feedback Report Sections Are:
Item Ratings: Displays the average scores for the questions in the survey, listed from highest-rated to lowest-rated. The overall average score (one score for the entire survey) is displayed at the top.
After Feedback: Walks the manager through the four crucial steps of processing feedback: accepting the feedback, getting follow-through suggestions, getting more input and making a commitment to change.
The Manager Follow-Through assessment is the follow-up survey to the Manager Feedback assessment. The survey has only two questions:
The first question references the highest-rated item on the Item Ratings report, and asks coworkers how the manager can use the strength more effectively.
The second question refers to the lowest-rated item on the Item Ratings report, and asks coworkers to describe two things the manager can work on to help develop the lowest-rated area.
The Manager Follow-Through Report Sections Are:
Manager Follow-Through Report: Displays the narrative comments given by each respondent to the questions regarding the manager's area of strength and area needing improvement.
After Follow-Through: Walks the manager through the four important steps to change: making a commitment to change, making a plan, learning from experience and staying positive.
