The 20/20 Insight GOLD WebResponse Software operates on a web server and connects to the Administration Software. With a single click, you upload project questionnaires to WebResponse and download completed assessments to the Administration Software. Subject Selection of Respondents Assign repondents to each subject within the Administration Software, OR permit subjects to select their own respondents on the web. With the second option, you can set up different levels of subject control. You can permit them to select or de-select names from a list you provide and indicate each person's relationship to them. You can also give subjects permission to add names and email addresses of individuals. Respondent Assessments Survey participants access web assessments online with a secure username and password. If they forget their password, a reminder link sends them an email without involving the administrator. Flexible settings let you include one item per page or all items for a given category on a single page. Respondents can answer just a few questions, save what they've done, and return later to respond to the rest. Upon completion of their questionnaires, participants can review their reponses for each question on a single page, and can make changes until you take the project off-line. Choose the system package that fits best the needs of your organization: 1. 20/20 Insight GOLD with WEB HOSTING This option includes the capability for respondents to access online assessments using the WebResponse software on our web server. The Web Hosting Service connects the 20/20 Insight GOLD Administration Software on your PC or network to the WebResponse software on our server, using any type of Internet connection. This option is the simplest way to conduct web assessments. Owning a web server and having a web server administrator are not necessary. Respondents may access their assessments from anywhere, day or night, using their Internet connection. The ratings and comments provided through our Hosting Service are safeguarded with the highest level of security available, SSL (Secure Socket Layer). SSL is an Internet protocol that allows sensitive information to be transmitted securely over the web. It’s the same security technology commonly used for entering credit card information and other sensitive data. Secure pages are accessed using the "https" protocol instead of "http." Advantages of the Web Hosting Service: No software to install. Administrators can access their account using a standard web-browser. No software or server to maintain. Features UNIQUE to the Web Hosting Service: Notify Respondents. You can notify respondents directly from the site. This feature is ideal for administrators who use an email program that is not MAPI compatible. Respondent Progress. View a list of all web respondents in the project, track their progress and re-notify respondents who have not completed their assessments. 2. 20/20 Insight GOLD for INTERNAL SERVER This option includes the capability for respondents to access their assessments on your internal web server. You install and maintain the WebResponse software on your own web server. With this package, the 20/20 Insight GOLD Administration Software on your PC or network uploads surveys to the WebResponse software, which is installed and maintained on your organization's internal web server. You'll need a qualified web server administrator on staff who will: Install WebResponse and latest MDAC drivers (if needed). Install SA FileUP components. Create a virtual directory. Assign permissions. Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot the Internet Information Server. The technical requirements for the web server are: Windows 2000 Server (Service Pack 2 or higher), IIS 5.0 or Windows NT Server 4.0 (Service Pack 5 or higher), IIS 4.0 Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher Latest MDAC drivers (included on WebResponse installation CD)
